Owner & Operator Chelsea comes from a diverse background of Business & Esthetics and has a combined 10+ years experience.

In 2021, Chelsea wholeheartedly took the opportunity to utilize her natural eye for both beauty and creativity to create Cherie Beauty By Chelsea Falcon, which then lead to the acquisition of Lash & Bronze where she saw an opportunity to combine various disciplines of the esthetics world into one!

Chelsea's passion for the art of cosmetic tattooing is expertly complimented by her heightened work ethic and perfectionism. Specializing in Eyebrow, Lip Blushing & Eyeliner semi permanent cosmetic tattoos, Chelsea comes with numerous certifications, advanced skin science education, training in color theory & skin anatomy and is blood borne pathogen certified.

If you've ever been to Lash & Bronze, you definitely know our Salon Manager Deanna! You can find Deanna greeting clients with her warm smile, giving spray tans, or possibly on a ladder fixing a light bulb or a tanning bed. Being the Jill of all trades that she is has earned her the title of Salon Manager.

When she's not at the salon, you can find her spending time with her loved ones or enjoying one of her many hobbies like painting.

Fun fact about Deanna: she played soccer growing up and knows her way around the field pretty well!

A recent graduate from Esthetics, Harleigh's favorite thing about what she does is meeting new people and helping them feel better about themselves. She's enjoying learning and mastering the art of Lash Extensions, check out her Classic Sets!

Fun Fact about Harleigh is that she is a part time Butcher as well!

Kaylynn started off in the beauty industry as an l Esthetician in 2006 & quickly fell in love with the ability to make others look and feel beautiful.

In 2017 she became certified as Lash Artist and has solely focused on the art of lashing ever since!

With three lash certifications, 7+ years of experience, continued education, training & dedication she has become the skilled & knowledgeable Lash Stylist that she is today.

Kaylynn takes pride in providing lash sets that reflect both quality and beauty.

All of Kaylynn's lash sets are customized based upon the style you desire & your natural lashes' strength.

Master Esthetician of 15 years, Mommy of 2, Wife and Rockstar - Janelle has been practicing the art of esthetics for as long as she can remember!

When she's not servicing her clients , she loves to read and enjoys reading to her 2 beautiful babies before they go to bed and sometimes the stories are read in Spanish!
